Phil Colon is a successful serial entrepreneur, board member, nonprofit founder, thought leader, and brand innovator. He is known for creating socially conscious movements that define cultures, elevate brands, engage communities, and drive profitability. Phil has connected global, high-profile brands with powerful communities through inspiring, socially conscious marketing campaigns and compelling narratives. He leverages his company’s culture, media, consumer insights, and analytics to identify trends and drive business growth for leading brands such as Nike, Target, Brand Jordan, Coca-Cola, Spotify, Amazon, EA Sports, GM, Disney, and Boost Mobile. In 2004, Phil founded Voto Latino, a unified voice for the Latinx community on issues that impact their lives. In 2008, he founded Project 2050, a multicultural agency with creative director Shepard Fairey. Finally, in 2022, Phil co-founded EL SHOW, a bilingual, culturally relevant lifestyle baseball platform that has captured the hearts of baseball fans worldwide.

Jessy is a highly accomplished Dominican-American filmmaker and executive producer who initially gained prominence for his work in the music video industry. His portfolio includes creating iconic videos for global artists such as Jennifer Lopez, 50 Cent, Maluma, Bad Bunny, Wisin y Yandel, Ricky Martin, among others, collectively accumulating over 22 billion views. Jessy's recent endeavors include creating and directing all thirteen episodes of the Netflix Original “NICKY JAM: EL GANADOR”. This achievement spurred him to develop “BRAVAS”, an all-female cast music-driven drama set in Puerto Rico, for YouTube Originals, currently available on Televisa Univision’s streaming platform VIX. Cinema Giants also produced the documentary film centered around global superstar Maluma, “LO QUE ERA, LO QUE SOY, LO QUE SERÉ”, and the docuseries “30 DAYS WITH ANUEL”, featuring the Puerto Rican Trap artist.

JC Rivera is a US-based Puerto Rican Contemporary artist who has spent the last decade creating one of the most uplifting and iconic street art brands in the world. JC’s work leverages relatable characters including ‘The Bear Champ’ to bring hope and inspiration to communities across the globe. He is the most prolific street artist in Chicago with more commissioned murals than any other urban artist in the city, and is growing to accomplish similar notoriety in Miami. He has hosted national sponsorships with brands including American Express, Adidas, McDonalds, and sporting teams including the Chicago Bears and Chicago Bulls.

Anything and everything that inspires me is reflected in my work. Inspiration comes from many different sources, in my everyday life, in everything I do. I love meeting people and connecting is one of the things I do best. I have been in the events industry for over 20 years and within this industry have worked with a variety of clients in different categories. From Celebrities, National Festivals, Formula 1, Corporate Clients, Sports Marketing Agencies, Experiential Agencies and Hotels to name a few, I have gained amazing knowledge and a great reputation throughout these years. With relationships across the US, Puerto Rico and globally, my network spans worldwide.

Peralta's work has not only earned him critical acclaim but has also led to collaborations with some of the world's most prominent brands and organizations, including Warner Brothers, Telemundo, At&T, The Brooklyn Nets, Presidente Beer, Unilever, Paper Planes and Desus and Mero to name a few. Peralta's has collaberated with Nike and Adidas from designing the official team soccer jersey's for Nike's "City Clash" all city soccer tournament, to designing a limited edition sneaker for Adidas during Hispanic Heritage Month. His artwork has been exhibited at prestigious institutions such as the Smithsonian Anacostia Community Museum in D.C., which is part of there permanent collection and his clothes have been worn by A-list celebrities such as Lin-Manuel Miranda, Anthony Ramos, Zoe Saldana, Kelly Ripa and Aida Rodrigues.

Alex has developed programs and campaigns for brands such as Samsung, TikTok, Ford, T-Mobile, LVMH, and American Express, in partnership with L.A. Pride, Billboard Music Awards, New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, Hearst Magazines, Vox Media, Tastemade, Elite World Group and many more. Most recently, Alex worked with Meta’s Culture and Content Equity team to create more equitable outcomes across Meta’s family of apps and to support Black and Latinx creators. She also played a crucial role in Meta’s Global Partnerships team, collaborating with Entertainment Media Companies and Public Figures.
